NC 211 is no longer serving as the call center for the NC HOPE Program. To apply, check on your application status, or ask questions about the program, contact the HOPE call center at 1-888-927-5467 (8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday) or visit hope.nc.gov. If you have other health and human services needs unrelated to the HOPE Program, call 2-1-1 or 1-888-892-1162 to speak with a NC 211 call specialist.
