Navigator Team Lead 

United Way of North Carolina (UWNC) is the state association for 50 local United Ways and administers the statewide NC 211 system which will be adding an in-house call center as part of our strategy to deliver NC 211 services statewide. UWNC also is a partner in the statewide NCCARE360 coordinated care system. For NCCARE360, NC 211 houses a team of Navigators who provide support for the network by handling high-need cases and assistance requests presenting through a technology platform to the navigator team. The Navigator Team Lead serves as the first line of support for the Navigators and ensures the continuity of daily operations and the successful delivery of quality service. This position will play a critical role in creating a workplace culture that is equitable and inclusive.

Call Center Services Manager

The Call Center Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the Call Center Services within United Way of North Carolina and is an integral part of the NC 211 Leadership Team. Primary responsibilities include hiring, management, and development of 211 Team Leads and call specialist while operating 365 days a year from 7am – 11pm. The Call Center Services Manager is also responsible for daily focus on maintaining Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) standards, employee supervision and direction, call balancing, maintaining the integrity of the quality assurance plan, and staff development.

NC 211 Call Center Team Lead

United Way of North Carolina (UWNC) is the state association for 50 local United Ways and administers the statewide NC 211 system which will be adding an in-house call center as part of our strategy to continue to deliver 2-1-1 services in North Carolina. The Call Center Team Lead serves as the first line of support for the UWNC Call Center and ensures the continuity of daily operations and the successful delivery of quality service. This position will play a critical role in creating a workplace culture that is equitable and inclusive. Both early and late shift positions are open, with some weekend coverage.
