Farmers markets offer fresh produce and other items sold by local farmers, including baked goods, pet food, cheese, meat, and more. Availability of items will depend on the local market. 

Who is eligible?  

Anyone can visit a farmers market. Some markets accept SNAP/EBT cards. 

How can I find a farmers market?  

The USDA maintains a website with local farmers markets. Visit to search.  

Enter your zip code to see all farmers markets in a 30-mile radius. The search can be filtered by type of product available and by the type of payment accepted, such as credit cards, EBT/Food Stamps, WIC, and more.
